TPG N.V. (“TPG”) is pleased to announce the successful completion of a five year € 600 million Multicurrency Revolving Credit Facility (the “Facility”). The Facility replaces the Company’s existing € 500 million facility signed July 1999. It will be used as liquidity backup for TPG’s commercial paper programme and for general funding purposes.
TNT Express has been selected by the Australian Rugby Union (ARU) as the provider of freight services for Rugby World Cup 2003 in Australia, which begins on 10th October. The company will transport equipment for the 20 participating country teams between the 41 hotels and 47 training venues being used across Australia. TNT Express will also collect equipment for the England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, France, Japan, Fiji and New Zealand teams and arrange for its delivery to Australia.
TNT Network Logistics has won a three year, £3 million contract with Esselte UK, part of Esselte Corporation, one of Europe's largest manufacturers and distributors of office products and accessories.
