How does it work?
On the evening before delivery takes place, customers will receive a text message, voicemail or e-mail informing them of the delivery window. On the day of delivery, they will receive a second notification with the exact time of delivery.
Our two-man delivery team will deliver the item, remove the packaging and, depending on customer preferences, install or assemble the item.
What does it cost?
Extra@Home rates are calculated based on item weight, country of destination, and preferred service level.
