How does it work?
Follow these steps to prepare and hand over your bulk mail for delivery.
- Choose a Bulk Mail category
There are three basic categories: Small, Large and Special. ‘Special’ Bulk Mail shipments may consist of sealed items and / or include product samples and the like. In each case, items should fit through the letterbox. If your shipment does not meet the minimum requirement (250 items per category), or if you would simply like us to sort and weigh the items for you, we advise you to send a Mixed Bulk Mail shipment.
- Make sure that items are designed and addressed correctly
To ensure timely delivery of your bulk mail, items should be designed according to predetermined specifications. For more information, please refer to the design specifications.
- Hand over your bulk mail for delivery

What does it cost?
Bulk Mail rates are calculated based on item size, weight and preferred delivery speed. For more information about categories and rates, please refer to Delivery Rates.
