TPG acquires fashion distributor Bleckmann Group
Mail, Express and Logistics company TPG N.V. announced today that it has acquired, through its UK-based Express-unit TNT Retail Express, Bleckmann Group B.V. from shareholders UBS Capital BV, OPM B.V. and management of the company.
