To be able to carry out our work effectively good relationships with stakeholders are very important.
Corporate responsibility is not limited to PostNL. It also applies to cooperation with stakeholders, such as customers and suppliers. For example, we offer our customers the option to send CO2 neutral mail, and we have established sustainability standards for our suppliers. These standards are described in the General Conditions of Procurement PostNL NV [PDF], the PostNL Business Principles, and the PostNL Sustainability Policy for Supply Chains.
